6 lg. tomatoes 1 bunch parsley 1 c. mint leaves 1 1/2 bunch green onions 2 c. cracked wheat 3 lemons, juice 1/4 c. olive oil Salt and cayenne pepper to taste Mince the parsley, mint and green onions. Chop the tomatoes. Cover the cracked wheat with boiling water. Let it stand 5 minutes and drain well. Add together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. |
