BARBARA'S PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted sweet butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. pecan halves

Beat eggs with whisk. Add sugar, salt, melted butter (cooled slightly so it will not cook the eggs) and corn syrup. Whisk thoroughly, add the pecan halves and stir well to coat all of the pecan halves. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and crust is browned. Serves: 8.
