CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (barely cooked)
2 hard boiled eggs (minced)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
1 c. milk or broth (may need more)
Black olives and pimento for color
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Cook noodles until almost done. Cut up cream cheese into hot noodles. Add next 9 ingredients and top with shredded cheese and chips. Bake 350, 20 minutes or until brown.
