CHEESE FILLED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
4 c. (2 lb.) ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

Cook shells according to package; drain. Cool on single layer on wax paper or foil to keep from sticking together. Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of filling.

Spread thin layer of sauce in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place shells open side down, in a single layer. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Makes about 36.
