SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. med.-size raw shrimp
3/4 lb. butter
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. fresh minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 dashes Tabasco

Shell and devein raw shrimp. Set aside on paper towels. In a large frying pan add butter and olive oil. Saute garlic and green onion over medium heat. Add lemon juice. Cook until bubbly. Add raw shrimp and cook, stirring until shrimp turn pink, about 5-6 minutes.
