WIENERS 'N BOURBON 
1 pkg. wieners, cut up into bite sizes
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. grated onion
Pinch of oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
3/4 c. bourbon

Blend together bourbon, sugar, and ketchup in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved and add wieners. Simmer until wieners are tender.

If possible chill overnight or longer. Heat and serve in chafing dish. Serves 15-20.
