HONEY CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, chopped chicken breast
1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. sweetened, dried cranberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. orange-blossom honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, salt and pepper. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined. Garnish with additional chopped pecans, if desired.
