HONEY CHICKEN 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 c. finely ground pecans
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. honey
1 egg, beaten

Combine honey and egg in one bowl and the ground pecans and bread crumbs in another. Either dip or marinade overnight chicken breast in honey mixture. Then dip breasts in pecan mixture until covered. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
