BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Blend soup, cheese, and egg. Add Miracle Whip and milk; stir in broccoli. Turn into 10x6x1 3/4 inch baking dish.

Melt butter; toss with crumbs. Top broccoli with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (If you make this ahead of time, wrap the dish minus the crumbs and chill. Wrap the crumbs separately and chill. Put them on broccoli before baking.)
