3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl with mixer on low, beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes, batter will be thick. Stir in raisins, apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Can make in loaf pans or 9x12 cake pan. Ice with thin vanilla icing. Tastes like a Spanish Bar cake.
