DONNA'S CHICKEN TORTELLINI SOUP 
9 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. dry vermouth or water
1/2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan, grated (optional)
6 c. water
3 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
7 oz. pkg. cheese tortellini

In large saucepot or Dutch oven, combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken, onions, carrots, vermouth (water), garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to a boil; add tortellini.

Simmer covered 30 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer an additional 5 - 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve with cheese. Ten (1 1/2 cup) servings.
