TWO CHEESE MACARONI 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) macaroni
1 lb. of small curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 or 3 green onions, sliced with some of the tops
8 oz. of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, onions and cheddar in a large bowl mix lightly until blended. Fold in macaroni and transfer the mixture to a shallow buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
