MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
Paprika

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Add shredded cheese and macaroni; mix well. Spoon into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
