3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar into a mixing bowl, beat eggs, cut in shortening, add eggs and vanilla. Roll out dough and cut cookies, bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
