LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomato
6 oz. tomato paste
3 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
6 lasagna strips, boiled in water

Cook ground beef, drain. Add spices, tomato, and paste. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Set aside. Layer 1/3 meat sauce in bottom of pan then 3 strips. Add another layer of meat sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese mixture on top. Add the rest of the strips and meat sauce. Then add the rest of the cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese mixtures. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes while covered with foil.
