1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Blend together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, then add all remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
