CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 bunch broccoli
10 oz. frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 or 7 cherry tomatoes
1/2 bottle Ranch House Dressing
1/2 tsp. Salad Supreme seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cut cauliflower in florets. Cut broccoli and soak in salt water for 2 hours. Drain and rinse. Add peas and green onions to broccoli and cauliflower. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Add to vegetables. Toss with Ranch House Dressing mixed with seasoning and pepper. Add cheese and cherry tomatoes just before serving.
