1 head cauliflower, cut into sm. floweretts
1 bunch broccoli, cut into sm. floweretts
1 red onion, chopped (or two sliced green onions)
2 sm. (flat) cans ripe olives

Mix above in bowl and pour on dressing:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
