SALAD DRESSING CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 rounded tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
Enough milk for a thin batter

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a cast iron skillet that has been heated with 3 tablespoons bacon drippings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
