SISTER'S BANANA BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. cold water

Cream the butter, eggs and sugar. Add the flour, bananas and water; mix well. Add the vanilla and the pecans. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Special Note: Let the bread cool for 5 minutes and then wrap in foil. Let it sit overnight. This makes the bread taste even better. Can also be frozen in the foil for later use.
