REUBEN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 can sauerkraut, drained
2 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (16 oz.) bottle Thousand Island Dressing

Place chicken in casserole dish. Spread sauerkraut over chicken. Spread cheese over mixture and pour dressing on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
