FOUR LAYER CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 of 13 oz. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thick.

4TH LAYER:

1/2 of 13 oz. Cool Whip

Mix ingredients for 1st layer and press into bottom of 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

Mix ingredients for 2nd layer and pour over 1st layer.

Mix ingredients for 3rd layer and pour over 2nd layer. Top with other 1/2 Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with nuts.
