MOCHA SQUARE'S BUTTER FROSTING 
SQUARES:

1 yellow cake mix
Salted in the shell peanuts

FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Squares: Bake yellow cake; cool. Cut in 2 inch squares and freeze.

Frosting: Blend butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.

Shell and chop peanuts. Take cake out of freezer 1 piece at a time. Hold cake with a fork. Frost all 4 sides. (Frost 3 sides then put one of the frosted sides down into peanuts and then frost the 4th side.)
