POLISH POTATO SALAD 
10 red potatoes
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. salad dressing
2 bunches green onions

Cook potatoes in their jackets. Peel, salt and pepper to taste. Heat Wesson oil and vinegar to boiling. Pour over diced potatoes and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Mix sour cream and salad dressing. Add to potatoes. Chop onions and mix with parsley flakes. Add to potato mixture. Let blend for several hours or overnight.
