MOM'S FAVORITE POTATO SALAD 
I always make this for barbecues or potlucks and it's always gone in no time!

6-8 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and diced
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
3-4 tbsp. dill relish
1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives, chopped
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellmann's)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (French’s regular mustard may be substituted if desired)
seasoned salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in large bowl... mix well, taste for seasoning, adjust if needed. Sprinkle top with paprika for looks and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

At serving time, check to see if a little more mayonnaise is needed to moisten.

Serves 8.
