PORK CHOPS AND POTATO SCALLOP 
4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In a 2 quart casserole alternate potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, onion with sauce. Top with chops and cover; Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 3 to 5.
