POTATO SALAD 
5 long potatoes
4 eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 apples, peeled
2 c. onion (optional)

Boil salt, potatoes and eggs for 15 minutes. Cut apples and onion in small pieces. Mix together potatoes, mayonnaise and milk. Add in the apples and onion (optional). Take the white part of the eggs and add it in the potato and two of the yellow yolk. The last two of yellow yolk add on top of potato salad for color. Serve. Feeds 4 people.
