PREACHER'S HOMESTYLE CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
4 slices of onion OR 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Brown chops, pour off fat. Season with salt and pepper; top chops with onion. Cover skillet, cook over low heat 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered 15-20 minutes, until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
