W.B. TEA CAKES | |
1 3/4 c. sugar 3 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. butter (2 sticks) Mix ingredients; roll out very thin on flour. Cut tiny - no larger than 50-cent pieces. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. Sprinkle with sugar as soon as you take from oven (if desired). They will be soft when first done, but as they cool they get crisp. |
