HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks (save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 bananas, sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. unpeeled apples
1/2 lb. red seedless grapes, halved

Drain juice from pineapple - add sugar, flour and egg to juice. Cook over low heat, or in microwave oven until smooth and thickened. Cool. Add fruit and pecans. Chill before servings. Serves 10-12. I make this often.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
