HOLIDAY FRUIT CAKE 
3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. orange juice
1 lb. plus 1 inner seal packet Nabisco graham crackers, finely chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped Dromedary dates
2 c. Dromedary ready to use fruits & peels or red & green cherries
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine evaporated milk, orange juice and marshmallows in a small bowl. Let stand about 30 minutes (stir occasionally).

Blend cracker crumbs, cinnamon, allspice and cloves in a large bowl. Add the raisins, dates, nuts and fruits; mix well. Add marshmallow mixture and stir until crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into waxed paper lined loaf pans. Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator or at least 2 days before serving.
