HOMEMADE CHEESE WHIZ 
1 lb. Velveeta type cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Grate or cut up cheese. Place in microwave dish. Add milk, spices and butter. Microwave on medium 1 minute. Stir, continue to do this until mixture is warm. Stir well. If not smooth, return to microwave. Store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
