CHICKEN OR TURKEY SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. chicken or turkey to equal 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
1 (12 oz.) box spaghetti
1/ c. chopped bell pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar diced pimentos
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. broth that chicken or turkey was cooked in

Cook chicken or turkey in salted water until tender. Cool; debone. Cook spaghetti in water until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot.

This can be made and frozen before baking in oven. Be sure to thaw before baking.
