FAVORITE SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can salmon
1/4 c. salmon liquid
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can French fried onion rings
1 can peas (optional)

Drain salmon, reserve liquid. Remove skin and bones; break into chunks. Mix salmon with remaining ingredients. Lightly butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm.
