3 c. diced apples (Red Delicious)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. raisins

Toss apples in lemon juice. Add rest of ingredients and toss well. Stir gently. Serve on bed of lettuce.
