SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3-4 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together first 6 ingredients and spoon into casserole or souffle dish. Sprinkle topping over all and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
