MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef - pork - veal mixture
1 egg, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
2 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients well. Add about 1/2 cup warm water and mix. Rub hands with a little oil and roll meat balls gently. Don't pack. Place in baking dish. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup water over meatballs and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. When lightly browned, add to spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 1 hour or longer. Makes 10 to 12 meatballs.
