CHERRY PIE SUPREME 
8 inch deep dish baked pie shell
1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 c. dairy sour cream, optional
12 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Prepare pie shell (or use a baked frozen shell). Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling will be slightly soft in center. Cool completely on wire rack. Spoon cherry filling on top. When ready to serve, spoon sour cream around the edge of pie.

Can substitute blueberry filling or make a strawberry glaze in place of cherry filling.
