CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lb. hen (boil and remove from bone, save stock)
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken stock

Put 1/2 of dressing mix in bottom of a baking dish. Pour over this melted butter.

In mixing bowl, mix chicken, then stock and soups. Pour chicken mixture on top of dressing mix, then add other 1/2 of dressing for topping. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
