BAKED BEANS NO FAT 
1 lb. Navy beans
4 pt. cold water
1 tsp. mustard
Salt
2 or more molasses
1 or more onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. beef kielbasa

Wash and sort beans thoroughly and soak them overnight in cold water. In morning, bring them to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Drain, keeping the water.

In bean pot, cut up kielbasa in cubes, cut up onions in 4ths, adding mustard, molasses and paprika.

Cover the pot and bake the beans in a slow 250°F oven or at 350°F for 6 to 8 hours, adding water, if necessary. Beans should be tender.
