ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
8 boned chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. white wine
1/3 c. raisins

Pierce chicken breasts with fork. Arrange in microwave-safe baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover with saran wrap. Microwave on high power for 6 minutes. Turn chicken over; recover. Rotate dish 1/2 turn and microwave on high for 6 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
