ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

SALAD:

1/2 head shredded lettuce
2 cooked & shredded chicken breasts
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots or radishes

Combine dressing ingredients; set aside. Combine salad ingredients; layer ingredients or mix together. Pour dressing over salad.
