BARBARA'S CHEESECAKE | |
1 lb. cream cheese (2 - 8 oz. pkgs.) 1 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pt. sour cream 2 Johnston's ready made graham cracker crusts (This recipe makes two cheesecakes.) Blend softened cream cheese and sugar together. Add one egg at a time and mix well after each egg. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Pour batter into ready made crust and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for one hour. TOPPING: Top with blueberries or cherry pie filling, if desired. |
