PORK, LEEKS, AND BAMBOO SHOOTS 
1 c. leeks, cut in 2-inch lengths
1 c. finely sliced bamboo shoots
1/2 lb. pork, sliced
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water

1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sherry

Marinate pork in mixture of cornstarch, salt, soy sauce and sherry. Heat pan; add oil and saute pork 1 minute. Add bamboo shoots and leeks and saute 1 1/2 minutes. Add water and heat through. Serves 3.
