BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Wash broccoli and cut only florets; add crumbled, crisp bacon and raisins. Mix dressing (mayo, sugar and vinegar) in separate bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Add dressing and mix with salad just before serving.
