ORANGE POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix all, except nuts, and beat 2 minutes. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of a greased and floured bundt pan. Add batter and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Glaze top and sides. Let cool in pan 30 minutes. Cake has tendency to fall slightly but does not hurt taste.

Glaze: Mix other half of frozen orange juice, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 1 stick butter. Boil 2 minutes.
