ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
7-8 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. grated lowfat Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly brown ground beef, stir in tomato sauce and seasonings. Arrange slices of zucchini in 8-inch baking dish. Spoon on half of beef mixture and half of cottage cheese, sprinkle half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering. Bake about 40 minutes.
