JIFFY PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drain well
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
2 c. milk

Bake cake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 12 to 15 minutes and let cool. Mix milk with cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding mix to this and mix well. Spread over cooled cake; spoon crushed pineapple over this. Spread Cool Whip on the top just before serving.
