SOUR CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line a 10 by 15 inch pan with graham cracker crust. Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth. Add salt and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over filling and bake again at 450 degrees for 4 minutes. Cool.
