CANTALOUPE CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cantaloupe, pureed in blender
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Add eggs, mix well. Stir in cantaloupe. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes until thick. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and butter. Cool. Pour into pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
